Board Members (Volunteer)
As a volunteer-run organization, we are always looking for people in the community to help. Whether it is on the field, or behind the scenes, never hesitate to let us know what you can do to help - we would not be US without YOU!
Current Vacant Positions:
High School Volunteers!
We require help from secondary school students who can earn volunteer hours for their help. University students are also welcome to apply; however, instead of volunteer hours, the club is happy to offer a letter of recommendation, depending on the job.

Admin Assistant (Part-Time, Paid)
An opportunity for a university student to work in the office alongside our Office Manager, Head Referee, and Game Leader Coordinator, aiding them in completing administrative tasks during our peak summer season. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual who excels in communication and customer service.

Referee (Part-Time, Paid)
Are you 12 years of age (as of March 31, 2026) or older?
Do you love the sport of soccer?
Do you want to get paid to spend time on the field?
Well, we're looking to add a few more Small-Sided and Entry-Level referees to our program so, get certified and join us!

To apply: Follow the path laid out by Ontario Soccer (by following the link listed above) and sign up and complete the necessary courses by May 18 to maximize your opportunity to get as many games in for the Dragon's season.
Game Leader (Part-Time, Paid)
Looking for soccer players between the ages of 15 and 22 to work with Lead Coaches and assigned team coaches to facilitate the Active Start and Fundamental Development Programs. Under the guidance of Lead Coaches, Game Leaders will be responsible for running fun training stations for 10–12 players and helping assigned team coaches organize small-sided games.
The Active Start season runs from May 25—August 23.

Head / Assistant Coach (Volunteer)
Everybody starts somewhere, and this is your opportunity to begin the Dragons Soccer journey with your children.
Becoming a Dragons Head Coach or Assistant Coach is a simple, three-step process:
- Fill out our Coach Application Form!
- If prompted by the club, complete a Police Records Check.
- Attend the Coaching 101 Session
