*Statutory  Holidays include New Year's Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day,  Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day. Additional Office Closures will also occur on the federal National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and Remembrance Day.

Special Note on Office Hours (In-Person vs Virtual)

• Between November and March, the office will be closed to the public on Wednesdays and Fridays, but we will still respond to emails on these days*
• Between September and October, the office will be closed to the public on Wednesdays only,  however emails will still be accessible*
• Between April and August, the office will be open Monday to Friday. Starting in mid-May, the office will hold extended hours that should last until one hour past kick-off

*provided they aren't holidays.
