NOTE IMPORTANT CHANGE FOR U8 (2002) GIRLS

U8 Girls (born in 2002) in South Gloucester will NOT be mixed with the boys this year as we feel that allowing them to play with girls only will improve their soccer development. Since registration numbers for this area won't provide for a minimum of 4 teams, this will require them being placed in the same game schedule as teams from North Gloucester. This will require occasionally traveling to games for ALL U8 girls on a rotating basis, still on Friday evenings.

REFUND POLICY

Requests must be made IN WRITING either regular mail or email providing:

• child's full name and date of birth
• Parent's full name and mailing address
• Reason for Withdrawal

Refunds are subject to a $20 administration fee and will be accepted up to and including June 11. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED after June 11.

A $15.00 Fee will be charged for all NSF cheques.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR ALL PLAYERS

You will hear your child's team details via your coach during the first or second week of May.

Fee includes Jersey and Socks - you need to provide cleats, shin guards and shorts.

Players may not wear jewellery of any kind.

After registering your child, the next communication you will receive will be directly from your coach in early to mid May.
